Symptoms such as recurring nightmares, panic attacks, sleep disturbances, flashbacks, difficulties bonding, and fear of future pregnancies or births may be disrupt all aspects of your life, and this needs to be addressed in a sympathetic and gentle manner. I will listen to your unique birth experience and give you a safe space to talk.
What is Birth Trauma Resolution Therapy?
This therapy is a gentle approach that helps you process and understand the traumatic event. It aims to help you manage the negative emotions associated with your experience so that you can recall the event without triggering feelings of anxiety and panic. It also equips you with skills and strategies to alleviate symptoms and foster a positive mindset moving forward.
The therapy typically involves a series of 3-4 one-on-one sessions, each lasting about 60 -90 minutes though the process is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs.

Developing a visualisation/relaxation technique that you can practice at home.
The Rewind Technique
A method to transform a distressing memory into one that no longer triggers negative emotions.

Helping you regain confidence and resilience after your traumatic event.
